About User Inventory
The User Inventory enables you to view and manage all the enabled users in 3rd-Party App Governance. It allows monitoring of all users and offers insights into privileged roles, permissions, and findings for the users.
The User Inventory provides the following benefits and enables you to:
- Search for and review a specific user, and filter users by any given criteria (e.g., Role, Platform, Tenant, etc.).
- View user information such as name, email, status, etc., and generate a report.
- View details on all the user activities.
About the Users Page
On the Users page, you can do the following:
- View a high-level overview of all the enabled users.
- Search for a user by email, display name, or job title.
- Apply filters to the users displayed in the table.
- Export the users report to a CSV file.
- View a list of all the users in the inventory. For each user, you can view:
- Status: The status of the user.
- Email: The email of the user.
- Display Name: The name of the user. Click the username to open the User Panel and further review it.
- Job Title: The job title of the user.
- Role: The role of the user.
- Apps: The number of apps enabled for the user. Click the number to view the list of apps in the inventory.
- Findings: The number of user findings.
- Platform: The platform on which the apps are supported.
