About Alert Subscriptions
You can configure the Zscaler service to email specific individuals when certain events occur, so your organization can take action in a timely manner. You can create an alert for different types of events, such as when the service detects incoming or outgoing malware or when there is a policy violation. To learn more, see About Alerts.
About the Publish Alerts Page
On the Publish Alerts page (Administration > Alerts > Platform Alerts > Publish Alerts), you can do the following:
- Add an alert subscription
- View a list of all alert subscriptions. For alert subscriptions, you can see the following:
- Email: The email address of the alert recipient.
- Description: The description of the alert subscription, if available.
- Patient 0 Alerts: Lists the severity levels of the Patient 0 Alert class information that the recipient receives.
- Security Alerts: Lists the severity levels of the Secure Alert class information that the recipient receives.
- Access Control Alerts: Lists the severity levels of the Access Control Alert class information that the recipient receives.
- Data Loss Prevention Alerts: Lists the severity levels of the Data Loss Prevention Alert class information that the recipient receives.
- System Alerts: Lists the severity levels of the System Alert class information that the recipient receives.
- Edit an existing alert subscription.
- Modify the table and its columns.
- Search for an alert subscription.
- Click the Define Alerts tab to configure an alert. To learn more, see About Alerts.
- Click the Global Configuration tab to resend alerts.
