To subscribe and receive the alerts through email:

1. Go to Administration > Alerts > Platform Alerts.
2. Click the Publish Alerts tab.

3. Click Add Alert Subscription.

   The Add Alert Subscription window appears.

4. In the Add Alert Subscription window:
   • Email: Enter a valid email address.
   • Description: (Optional) Enter any additional comments or information. The description cannot exceed 10,240 characters.
   • For each alert class, select the severity level of the alerts that the recipient receives.
5. Click Save and activate the change.
