To disable alerts:

1. Go to Administration > Alerts > Platform Alerts.

2. Click the Edit icon next to the alert you want to disable.

   The Edit Alert Definition window appears.

3. Under Status, choose Disabled from the drop-down menu.
4. Click Save and activate the change.
