Accessing and Navigating the Zscaler Management Portal for Partners
This article covers the following topics to help you get started with the Zscaler Management Portal for Partners:
- Accessing the Management Portal
Zscaler Support configures a default admin role, which has access to all the functions in the Management Portal, and sends you an email requesting the password be reset for that role. After you reset that password, you can access the Management Portal.
To access the management portal:
- Enter your Login ID and Password.
- Select Remember my Login ID if you want the Management Portal to remember your username the next time you log in.
- From the drop-down menu, select the language in which you want to use the portal. By default, English (US) is selected.
- Click Sign In.

- Navigating within the Management Portal
The Management Portal has the following items in the left-side navigation:
- Tenant
Click the Tenant icon to view all the tenants associated with your account. You can also create and manage tenant groups. To learn more, see About Tenants in the Management Portal for Partners and About Tenant Groups.
Close - Roles
Click the Roles icon to view and manage admin roles for your account. To learn more, see About Roles in the Management Portal for Partners.
Close - Admins
Click the Admins icon to view the admins configured for the Management Portal. To learn more, see About Admins in the Management Portal for Partners.
Close - Policy Templates
Click the Policy Templates icon to view and manage policy templates for the tenants. To learn more, see About Policy Templates.

Click the Audit Logs icon to view a list of actions performed in the Management Portal. To learn more, see About Audit Logs in the Management Portal for Partners.
Close - Settings
Click the Settings icon to view or modify your partner account settings. To learn more, see About Account Settings.

Click the Account icon to see your account information, such as your partner account name and the admin user ID.
Close - Sign Out
Click the Sign Out icon to sign out of the Management Portal when you are done. If you are inactive for 15 minutes, the Management Portal automatically logs you out.

- Maintenance and Upgrade
You cannot access the Management Portal during an upgrade. A maintenance page is displayed during the active upgrade period.
