Zscaler partners can view and manage all tenants associated with their customer account from the Tenants page on the Management Portal for Partners.

The Tenant page provides the following benefits and enables you to:

View a complete list of customers managed by you.
See each customer's licenses, subscription renewal information, and other details.

About the Tenants Page

On the Tenants page, you can do the following:

View a list of all tenants linked to a customer account. For each tenant, you can view:
- Tenant Name: The name of the tenant. You can also view the details of a particular tenant by clicking on their name. To learn more, see Viewing Tenant's Details.
- Organization ID: The ID assigned to the tenant.
- Customer Name: The name of the customer.
- Customer ID: The ID assigned to the customer.
- Domains: The domains associated with the tenant account.
- Subscription: The subscription configured for the tenant.
- Policy Template: The policy templates the tenant is provisioned.
- Tenant Group: The group the tenant belongs to.
- Status: The status of the tenant account.
View the tenant account details.
Filter to view the tenants based on the cloud they are provisioned on.
View tenants with disabled accounts.
Filter and search for tenants based on the customer name, customer ID, tenant name or domain, or organization ID.
Search for a customer or tenant.
Go to the Tenant Groups tab.
