Viewing Entitlements Assigned to Users
Each ZIdentity user can be assigned to different service entitlements and administrative entitlements depending on the role. You can also view the multi-factor authenticators that are configured for the user. You need to first add users, assign them to the subscribed Zscaler services and then access the Users page to view the entitlements.
Viewing Entitlements
- Go to Administration > Identity > ZIdentity > Users.
Click the Edit icon for any user.
In the Edit User window, select the Entitlements tab to view the assigned services.
Administrative entitlements are displayed only for users with admin roles.
Viewing Multi-Factor Authenticators
- Go to Administration > Identity > ZIdentity > Users.
- Click the Edit icon for any user.
In the Edit User window, select the Security Settings tab to view the configured multi-factor authenticators for the user. You can choose to delete the authenticators, except the email authenticator.
