The directory groups you configured in the Admin Portal are automatically available for selection when you configure an App Profile. This allows you to create different profiles for the various directory groups in your organization.

The groups in the Admin Portal sync every three hours. In the Admin Portal, you can check when the next sync will occur. You can also manually sync groups between Internet & SaaS and Zscaler Client Connector.

Checking Next Sync Time and Performing Manual Sync

1. In the Admin Portal, go to Infrastructure > Connectors > Client > Directory Sync & Custom Root.
2. In the Advanced Configuration tab, you can:
   • View the date and timestamp under Next Directory Group Sync Time.
   • Manually sync directory groups between Internet & SaaS andZscaler Client Connector, by clicking Sync Groups.
