Changing the Status of Zscaler SIMs
You can modify the status of the Zscaler SIMs provisioned to your organization from the SIMs page.
To change the status of Zscaler SIMs:
In the left-side navigation, select SIMs.
The SIMs page appears.
- On the SIMs page, you can:
- Modify the status of a single SIM
- Locate and select the SIM card whose status you want to modify.
In the Manage column, click the Edit icon.
Alternatively, you can go to the SIM Details page by clicking the ICCID link and select Update Status from the Update drop-down menu in the top-right corner.
The Update Status window appears.
In the Update Status window:
Select a status you want to assign to the SIMs, either Active or Inactive. For example, if you want to inactivate your active SIMS, select Inactive. If you want to activate your inactive SIMs, select Active.
- Click Save.
The SIMs are activated or deactivated based on your chosen option.
- Modify the status of multiple SIMs
Locate and select the SIM cards whose status you want to modify.
The SIM cards selected must be of the same status.
Click Update and select Update Status.
The Update Status window appears.
In the Update Status window:
Select a status you want to assign to the SIMs, either Active or Inactive. For example, if you want to inactivate your active SIMS, select Inactive. If you want to activate your inactive SIMs, select Active.
- Click Save.
The SIMs are activated or deactivated based on your chosen option.
