SaaS Application Validation Error Codes
Following are the validation error codes when adding SaaS applications:
Error Code | Description | What to Do |
---|---|---|
1 | An internal error occurred. | Retry validating the tenant after a few minutes. If the error persists, contact Zscaler Support. |
2 | The tenant validation timed out or was interrupted. It takes at least one minute to validate a tenant. | Retry validating the tenant after a few minutes. If the error persists, contact Zscaler Support. |
4 | The Zscaler service is unable to validate the tenant. This error might occur because there's an ongoing release upgrade or a network issue. | Retry validating the tenant later. If the error persists, contact Zscaler Support. |
201 - 299 | The serialization of the JSON response failed. | Retry validating the tenant later. If the error persists, contact Zscaler Support. |
400 - 499 | An error occurred when authenticating or authorizing the SaaS application. | Check if the Enterprise ID is valid and you gave the Zscaler service the right permissions to authorize the SaaS application. If the error persists, contact Zscaler Support. |
500 | An internal error occurred. | Retry validating the tenant after a few minutes. If the error persists, contact Zscaler Support. |
501 - 599 | An internal server error occurred from the SaaS application provider. | Retry validating the tenant later. If the error persists, contact Zscaler Support. |
