About Account Users

ZCSPM Account Users can view and manage a single cloud account in a specific license. A user can be an account user on multiple accounts in the same organization. ZCSPM offers three Account User roles:

  • Account Admins: Account Admin can view and manage all ZCSPM features and settings for a single cloud account. They can also manage other Account Admins, and Account Readers.
  • Account Viewers: Account Viewers can view all ZCSPM features and configurations for a single cloud account but cannot make any changes.
  • Account Readers: Account Readers can only view the dashboards and benchmark summaries. Account Readers cannot view any ZCSPM configuration pages.

Adding an Account User

  1. Go to Configurations > Users & Roles.
  2. Select the Account Users tab.
  3. From the Cloud Account drop-down menu, select a cloud account.
  4. Click Add Account User.
  5. Enter the Name and Email Id.
  6. From the User Role drop-down menu, select either Account Admin or Account Reader.
  7. Click Save.

  1. Click Yes, Add User!

Managing an Account User

  1. Go to Configurations > Users & Roles.
  2. Select the Account Users tab.
  3. To update an existing account user, click the Update Account User icon.
  4. Click Save to save your changes.
  5. To delete an existing account user, click the Delete Account User icon.
