About License Users

ZCSPM License Users can view and manage all cloud accounts in a specific license. A user can be a license user on multiple licenses in the same organization. ZCSPM offers three License User roles:

  • License Admins: License Admin can view and manage all ZCSPM features and settings. They can also manage other License Admins, License Viewers, License Readers, Account Admins, Account Viewers, and Account Readers.
  • License Viewers: License Viewers can view all ZCSPM features and configurations but cannot make any changes.
  • License Readers: License Readers can only view the dashboards and benchmark summaries. License Readers cannot view any ZCSPM configuration pages.

Adding a License User

  1. Go to Configurations > Users & Roles.
  2. Select the License Users tab.
  3. Click Add License User.
  4. Enter the Name and Email Id.
  5. From the User Role drop-down menu, select either License Admin, License Viewer, or License Reader.
  6. Click Save.

  1. Click Yes, Add User!

Managing a License User

  1. Go to Configurations > Users & Roles.
  2. Select the License Users tab.
  3. To update an existing license user, click the Update License User icon.
  4. Click Save to save your changes.
  5. To delete an existing license user, click the Delete License User icon.
