Editing or Deleting Administrator Accounts
Administrators with the required permissions can edit or delete other administrator accounts. However, while each administrator can edit their account, they cannot delete their own account.
Editing an Administrator Account
To edit an administrator account:
- Go to Administration > Administrators and Groups.
- On the Administrators and Groups page, do one of the following:
- Click the Edit icon for the administrator that you want to edit.
- Click the Administrator Name to open the admin drawer, then click the Edit icon.
- In the Edit Administrator window, change the Name, Email ID, Group, or reset the password. When you click Reset Password, the administrator receives an email to reset their password.
- Click Save.
A message appears indicating the administrator account has been updated successfully.
Deleting an Administrator Account
To delete an administrator account:
- Go to Administration > Administrators and Groups.
- Click the Delete icon for the administrator that you want to delete or click the Administrator Name to open the admin drawer and click the Delete icon.
- In the Delete Administrator window, click Delete.
A message appears indicating the administrator account has been deleted successfully.
