Enabling Microsegmentation Policy Settings

This page lets the customer control policy enforcement settings at a global level. Admins can enable or disable them at any time. The policy settings are also where admins can Allow or Block the Default Policy Rule that they configured when first enabling policy enforcement. To learn more, see Configuring the Default Microsegmentation Policy.

You can find the Settings page by going to Microsegmentation > Policy > Settings.

To update the policy settings:

  1. Enable or disable Policy Enforcement.
  2. Allow or Block the Default Resource Policy Rule.

As soon as you update either options, the settings change takes effect immediately. If you have enabled these settings but are unable to configure policy rules, contact your Microsegmentation administrator.
