Accessing ZCSPM

After your organization is provisioned for ZCSPM, you can access the ZCSPM Admin Portal. ZCSPM will send out an email with your username and password.

You will need to reset the password when you log in for the first time.

When the Sign In page appears:

  1. Enter your Login ID.
  2. Select Remember Me if you want the ZCSPM Admin Portal to remember your username the next time you log in.
  3. Click Sign In.
  4. To sign in with your Zscaler credentials, click Login with Zscaler.
  5. If your organization has tenants provisioned on multiple Zscaler clouds, a drop-down menu will display the available clouds. Click Select Cloud App Tenant, and select your Zscaler cloud.

If your account is configured to use single sign-on (SSO):

  1. Enter your Login ID.
  2. Select Remember Me if you want the ZCSPM Admin Portal to remember your username the next time you log in.
  3. Click Sign In.
  4. To sign in with your IdP, click Login with SSO.
  5. You are redirected to your IdP's login page. Log in with your credentials.

If you are logged in successfully, you are redirected back to the ZCSPM Admin Portal. To learn more, see Configuring SAML for SSO.

If your account is not configured with an IdP, ZCSPM supports single sign-on with Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft 365 AD Tenant, and Microsoft Accounts out of the box:

  1. Enter your Login ID.
  2. Select Remember Me if you want the ZCSPM Admin Portal to remember your username the next time you log in.
  3. Click Sign In.
  4. To sign in with your IdP, click Login with SSO.
  5. You are redirected to Microsoft Active Directory. Select your account, then enter your pasword.

If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to grant the following permissions to Microsoft AD:

  • Sign in and read your profile
  • Maintain access to data you have given it access to

If you are logged in successfully, you are redirected back to the ZCSPM Admin Portal.
