About Root Certificates for Isolation in Internet & SaaS

The isolation browser trusts all the well-known certificate authorities trusted by Chromium. In addition,Zscaler also provides administrators with the capability to upload root certificates of their choice that they want the isolated browser to trust for successful SSL communication. These uploaded certificates can be associated with the isolation profiles that are created on the Admin Portal. To learn more, see Creating Isolation Profiles for Internet & SaaS.

About the Root Certificates Page

On the Root Certificates page (Infrastructure > Internet & SaaS > Network Policies > Root Certificates), you can do the following:

  1. Add a new root certificate.
  2. Search for a root certificate.
  3. View existing root certificates and their details in the list.
  4. Customize the columns for the list.
  5. Download any root certificates that are not the default root certificate.
  6. Edit any root certificates that are not the default root certificate.
  7. Click to view the full details for the default root certificate.
