About Departments

The Departments page shows the users' department data synced from your Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) tenant. Any department configuration or changes that you make on the User Management pages in the ZIA Admin Portal are synced to this page.

The Departments page provides the following benefits and allows you to:

  • View the departments configured in your ZIA tenant.
  • View the list of departments that are computed for Business Insights.

About the Department Page

On the Departments page (Administration > ZIA Users > Departments), you can do the following:

  1. Search for a department.
  2. View a list of configured departments. For each department, you can view:
    • Name: The name of the group.
    • Comments: The comments regarding the department, if available.
  3. Modify the table and its columns.
  4. Go to the ZIA Users page.
