You can disable alerts after creating them. When you disable an alert, ZIA stops sending alert notifications. To learn more, see About Alerts.

To disable alerts:

1. Go to Administration > Alerts.

   Close

2. Click the Edit icon next to the alert you want to disable.

   The Edit Alert Definition window appears.

3. In the Edit Alert Definition window, under Status, select Disabled from the drop-down menu.

4. Click Save and activate the change.
