Adding Partner Admin Roles

To add a partner admin role:

  1. Go to Administration > Role Management.
  2. Click Add Partner Administrator Role:
    • Name: Enter a name for the partner admin role
    • Access Control: Choose one of the following permissions:
      • Full: Allows partner admins to view and edit locations and VPN credentials that the partner is managing via the cloud service API
      • View Only: Allows partner admins to view, but not edit, locations and VPN credentials that the partner is managing via the cloud service API
    • Partner Access: The integration types the partner admin can access via the cloud service API. If a partner admin role does not have access, the option to get or update resources via API will not be available.
      • SD-WAN Access allows partner admins API access to:
        • Administration > Locations
        • Administration > VPN Credentials
