user:read:adminRequired by the Zoom API for user data.

Zoom Call Quality receives webhook notifications from Zoom for your organization when a meeting starts or stops. Digital Experience Monitoring then makes periodic Quality of Service (QoS) user API calls to retrieve meeting QoS data and makes the data available via APIs to display on the UI.

Data is captured in real time as a meeting is in progress. User and device information garnered from the API for call participants is mapped to Digital Experience Monitoring users and devices. While incremental data is available for calls in progress, complete call data is available approximately 10 minutes after a call has ended.
