You can provide input when you think that a device classification is inaccurate or when a device is classified as Unknown by the AI/ML engine due to limited information in the IoT Discovery Report.

To provide feedback:

1. Go to Analytics > Internet & SaaS > Analytics > IoT Discovery Report > click any section of the IoT Discovery Report.
2. Click the Submit Feedback icon.
3. In the Submit Feedback window:
   • Is this device classification accurate?: Specify whether the device classification is accurate or not. You can also specify No for devices that are classified as Unknown to select a suitable classification for them. If you select No, the following fields appear:

     • Suitable Classification: Select a classification that is suitable for the device from the following list:

       When none of the supported classifications are suitable for a device classified as Unknown or for an incorrectly classified device, select Other from this list and add the suggested classification name and related details in the Description field. The feedback provided is analyzed and validated by the Zscaler team before it is reflected in the IoT Discovery Report.      • Description: Enter additional notes to justify the classification.
     • Name (Optional): Enter your name. This is an optional field.
     • Work Email: Enter your work email address to which the Zscaler team can reach out to you with updates on the classification feedback that you provided.
4. Click Submit.
