Predefined Applications for Digital Experience Monitoring
Predefined applications are available in the Admin Portal when you log in. The predefined applications provide quick and seamless application onboarding for admins.
To find the list of predefined applications in the Admin Portal, go to Policies > Digital Experience Monitoring > Configuration > Applications.
Your available predefined applications depend upon your particular Digital Experience Monitoring subscription:
- Standard Subscription
The Standard subscription provides the following applications:

The Microsoft 365 subscription and Advanced subscription both support Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) voice monitoring. However, only Microsoft Teams Call Quality is currently supported for the Microsoft 365 subscription.
