Deleting Disconnected App Connectors

Zscaler recommends that you evaluate your service configuration to confirm there is no service outage before deleting disconnected App Connectors.

This article describes how to delete disconnected App Connectors.

To delete a disconnected App Connector:

  1. Go to the App Connectors page (Infrastructure > Private Access > Component > App Connectors).
  2. In the filters drop-down menu, click Add Filters and select the Disconnected filter.
  1. Select the amount of time in the drop-down menu based on the amount of time the App Connector has been disconnected (e.g., 14 days, 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days).
  2. Click Apply. After the filter is applied, checkboxes appear next to the App Connectors in the table. You may select individual App Connectors or click the checkbox next to Name in the table to select all App Connectors.
  1. Select Delete from the Actions drop-down menu.

A confirmation message appears.

  1. Select the checkbox to confirm the deletion, then click Delete.
