Configuring the VoIP Applications Bandwidth Class

Bandwidth classes identify the URL categories and cloud applications to which the service allocates bandwidth. You can group URL categories or applications into bandwidth classes, and then reference them in Bandwidth Control policy rules.

The VoIP Applications tab lists the Voice over IP (VoIP) applications that can be included in this class.

To specify the applications belong to this class:

  1. Go to Infrastructure > Internet & SaaS > Network Policies > Bandwidth Classes to manage bandwidth classes.
  2. Go to the VoIP Applications tab.
  3. You can enable or disable applications as necessary.
  4. Click Save and activate the changes.
