Downloading Debug Logs

You can download debug logs to track events that occurred in the Zscaler ITDR Admin Portal. The debug logs help the Zscaler Support team to identify the root cause of a problem and provide a resolution.

To download the debug logs:

  1. Go to Settings > Logs > Debug Logs.
  2. Select a time range:
    • Last 2 hours
    • Last 24 hours
    • Last 7 days
  3. Click Request to create an archive file with the logs for the requested time range.
  4. When the debug logs are ready to download after a couple minutes, click the here link.

The Debug Logs window appears.

  1. Click the Download icon to download the file to your local system.

Click the Delete icon to delete the file containing the debug logs from the ITDR Admin Portal.

  1. Click Close.
