About the Zscaler Client Connector App Store

This article reflects the new user interface of the Zscaler Client Connector Portal. Contact Zscaler Support to enable this new UI for your organization. To view the new user interface, on the upper-right of the Zscaler Client Connector Portal page, click the Try New UI icon ().

In the Zscaler Client Connector Portal on the Zscaler Client Connector App Store page, you can control which version (if any) of Zscaler Client Connector is available when end users manually update the app or when you configure automatic app updates. You can also download Zscaler Client Connector from this page.

If you don't have access to the Zscaler Client Connector App Store, contact your organization's support team.

About the Zscaler Client Connector Store Page

On the Zscaler Client Connector App Store page in the Zscaler Client Connector Portal (Administration > Client Connector App Store), you can do the following:

  1. Configure update settings for Zscaler Client Connector.
  2. View the list of available Zscaler Client Connector versions for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android. The latest version is always listed at the top.
    • In the Application Version column, view the latest versions of Zscaler Client Connector available to download.
    • In the Registered Devices column, view the number of devices currently enrolled in the Zscaler service with this app version.
    • In the Release Notes column, view release notes for that version by clicking the Info icon.
    • In the Revert Version column, restore a previous version by clicking Force Revert. Applies to Windows versions 4.2 and later.

      Force Revert is not supported for non-persistent virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).

  3. Download the latest versions of Zscaler Client Connector.
  4. View the latest released versions in the General Availability section and versions that are not yet fully qualified in the Limited Availability section.

Contact Zscaler Support to enable versions in the Limited Availability section.

Even if you select to install the latest version in the Update Settings tab, you must first enable the build in the New Releases tab. If you disable a version from the New Releases tab, the version is only disabled on the list and is not uninstalled from your system.
